About Me

I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in individual, group, couples and family therapy, and maintain a private practice in Burleson, Texas.  I provide services to clientele as young as 3 years old.

With over five years experience as a licensed professional counselor, and as a graduate of Texas Woman's University specializing in Counseling and Development, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are depression, self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, anger management, play therapy, adolescent issues, and life transitions.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, I have presented at a National conference and to general audiences speaking on the topic of the effectiveness of conference-based courses.

I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.  I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

I graduated from Texas Christian University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  I then attended Texas Woman's University and received a Master of Science degree in 2005.
